Southford Falls State Park

Southbury, CT

Within Southford Falls State Park's 169 acres, you’ll find its namesake tiered waterfall, a covered bridge, observation tower, picnic gazebo, two-mile trail network, and Paper Mill Pond — one of the state’s regularly stocked designated trout parks. Before Southford Falls State Park was established as a state park in 1932, it was home to the Diamond Match Company.
