The month of April experiences more transformation that any other month as warblers return, amphibians revive, and trees and plants flower. Join us on a guided three-mile walk at James L. Goodwin State Forest to look for these signs of spring. Please bring your own water, snacks, and proper clothing and footwear for the conditions. Tick spray or gaiters and binoculars are recommended too. This is suited for people who seek general knowledge of the area’s flora and fauna and want to learn some of the very basics. Free and open to all ages!
